Apply before foundation. Tap a small amount of powder into cap or onto flat surface and swirl your kabuki brush into it. Hold your brush straight up and tap onto a hard surface to settle the powder into the brush head. Apply in a swirling motion onto clean, dry skin to evenly blend powder.
